1. Who we are
Solvday is operated by SAGAVYNE LTD. SAGAVYNE LTD is the controller of personal information used to provide Solvday. You can contact us at info@solvday.com or 195–197 Wood Street, London, E17 3NU, United Kingdom.
2. Information we collect
We collect information you provide, information created while you use Solvday, and limited technical information needed to operate and protect the service.
- Account and profile information, including your email address, display name, language, time zone, currency and preferences.
- Tasks, routines, notes, deadlines and schedules you choose to save.
- If you connect Google Calendar, your connected account and selected calendar details plus a minimized cache of event titles, times and busy status. We do not store calendar descriptions, attendees, locations or conference links.
- Billing status and Stripe identifiers. Stripe receives and stores your payment details; Solvday does not store card numbers.
- Service and security records such as feature events, error details, device/browser information, delivery status and IP-derived request information.
- AI usage metadata such as model, character and token counts, cost, latency and outcome. Brain Dump text is processed transiently and is not retained by Solvday after the request.
3. How and why we use information
We use personal information only when we have a lawful basis to do so.
- Contract: to create and secure your account, save and schedule your work, synchronize a calendar you connect, provide AI-assisted extraction, process subscriptions, send service messages and support you.
- Legitimate interests: to keep Solvday reliable and secure, prevent abuse, diagnose errors, understand service performance and improve the product. We minimize content and balance these interests against your rights.
- Consent: for optional browser analytics. You can decline or withdraw analytics consent at any time in Settings. Autocapture and session replay are disabled.
- Legal obligation: to keep records and respond where tax, accounting, fraud-prevention or other law requires it.
4. AI and automated processing
Solvday can send Brain Dump text to an AI model through Vercel AI Gateway to suggest structured tasks. The suggestions are shown for your review. The AI cannot access your database, calendar, billing account or scheduler and does not make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.
5. Google Calendar data
If you choose to connect Google Calendar, Solvday uses the permissions shown on Google's consent screen only to list calendars, read the event times and limited event details needed to identify busy periods, and keep your Solvday schedule up to date. Solvday does not use Google Calendar data for advertising, sell it, use it to build advertising profiles, or use it to train general-purpose AI models.
Solvday's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Human access to Google user data is limited to cases where you give affirmative permission for support, where it is necessary for security or abuse investigation, or where law requires it. You can disconnect Google Calendar in Solvday or revoke access in your Google account.
6. Who processes information
We disclose only the information needed to providers that help us run Solvday:
- Supabase for authentication and application data; Vercel for hosting and AI routing; Stripe for payments and subscriptions; Google when you connect Google Calendar; Resend for transactional email; PostHog EU for consented analytics; and Sentry EU for privacy-minimized error and performance monitoring.
- Professional advisers, authorities or another business where disclosure is required by law, needed to protect rights and safety, or part of a corporate transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
7. International transfers
We select European service regions where available. Some providers or their support operations may process information outside the UK or European Economic Area. Where required, we rely on an adequacy decision or contractual safeguards such as approved standard contractual clauses. Contact us for more information about the safeguard used for a particular transfer.
8. Retention
Account content is kept while your account is active and is deleted when you delete the account, subject to records we must keep for legal, tax, fraud-prevention or dispute purposes. Calendar data and credentials are deleted when you disconnect the calendar or delete your account. Completed replan jobs are normally kept for 14 days and failed jobs for 30 days; notification delivery records are normally kept for up to 90 days. We keep security, analytics, AI-usage, billing and provider records only for periods proportionate to reliability, security, accounting and legal needs, then delete or anonymize them. Processor backups and logs may expire on their own controlled cycles.
9. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live and the lawful basis used, you may ask us to:
- provide a copy of your information; correct it; delete it; restrict or object to its use; or provide portable information;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting earlier lawful processing; and
- review a concern about how we use your information.
10. Cookies and local storage
Solvday uses essential cookies and browser storage for sign-in, security, language, region and service preferences. Optional analytics starts only after consent. You can change analytics consent in Settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent account features from working.
11. Security, children and changes
We use access controls, encryption in transit, row-level database controls, encrypted calendar credentials, signed webhooks and monitoring to protect information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Solvday is intended for people aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly offer accounts to children.
We may update this notice as Solvday or the law changes. We will change the date above and give additional notice when a material change requires it.
12. Contact and complaints
Email privacy questions or requests to info@solvday.com. You can also export your account data or start account deletion in Settings. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. If you are in the EEA, you may also complain to the supervisory authority where you live, work or believe an infringement occurred.
