1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of Solvday, a productivity service operated by SAGAVYNE LTD. By creating an account or buying a plan, you agree to these terms. Contact us at info@solvday.com or 195–197 Wood Street, London, E17 3NU, United Kingdom.
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. If you use Solvday for an organization, you confirm that you can bind that organization.
2. Your account
Provide accurate information, keep your sign-in details secure and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account unless caused by our failure to protect the service. One person or organization may not misuse multiple accounts to bypass limits.
3. The service
Solvday helps you capture tasks, create schedules, connect supported calendars and receive reminders. Features, limits and availability depend on your plan and may change as the service develops. We will give reasonable notice of a material change that significantly reduces a paid service during its current billing period.
Schedules, reminders and AI suggestions are organizational aids. Check dates, times and content before relying on them. Solvday does not provide legal, medical, financial or other professional advice.
4. Acceptable use
You must not misuse Solvday. In particular, you must not:
- break the law, infringe another person’s rights, or upload content you do not have permission to use;
- probe, disrupt, overload or bypass the service’s security, access controls, limits or billing;
- introduce malware, scrape the service at scale, resell access without agreement, or use automated access except through interfaces we expressly provide; or
- use Solvday or its AI features to create or facilitate harmful, deceptive or unlawful activity.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of content you add. You give us a limited licence to host, copy, process and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure and improve Solvday and meet legal obligations. This licence ends when the content is deleted, except for limited backups or records we must retain.
You are responsible for your content and for reviewing AI-generated suggestions before saving or acting on them.
6. Google Calendar and other services
If you connect Google Calendar, you authorize Solvday to access the calendar data and permissions shown during Google consent. You can disconnect it in Solvday or revoke access in your Google account. Stripe, Google and other third-party services have their own terms and may affect features outside our control.
7. Paid plans, renewal and cancellation
Prices, currency, billing interval and included features are shown before you pay. Taxes may be added or included as the checkout states. Stripe processes payments. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel a subscription through the Customer Portal; cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period and does not erase your account.
Lifetime access means access to the eligible Solvday plan for the commercial life of that service, subject to these terms; it is not a guarantee that the service or every feature will exist forever.
Except where law or the checkout terms require otherwise, charges for a started billing period are non-refundable. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory cancellation, refund or consumer rights. If you are a consumer, you may have a statutory cooling-off right; asking us to supply digital service immediately may affect that right to the extent permitted by law.
8. Our intellectual property
SAGAVYNE LTD and its licensors own Solvday, including its software, design, branding and documentation. We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the service while your account is active and you comply with these terms.
9. Availability and liability
We use reasonable care and skill to provide Solvday, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. We may suspend access for security, maintenance, legal or abuse reasons and will restore it when reasonably possible.
We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your mandatory consumer rights. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract began or for business losses suffered by a consumer. If you use Solvday for business, our aggregate liability arising from the service in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid for Solvday in that period.
10. Ending access
You may stop using Solvday or delete your account in Settings. Account deletion first attempts to cancel active subscriptions and then removes account content, subject to required legal records and processor backup cycles. We may restrict or close an account for a serious or repeated breach, legal requirement, security risk or non-payment. Where reasonable, we will tell you and give you an opportunity to fix the issue.
11. Changes, law and contact
We may update these terms. We will give reasonable advance notice of material changes, unless an urgent legal or security reason requires an earlier change. Continuing to use Solvday after the effective date means the updated terms apply.
The laws of England and Wales govern these terms. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of mandatory laws and courts available in your country of residence. Courts in England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
Questions about these terms can be sent to info@solvday.com.
